For Charlottesville Family Medicine to continue to care for our patients in the office, and to accomplish what the insurance companies expect of us for the little reimbursement paid to us, we feel we cannot continue to have 2 offices. We will “tighten up” our efficiency in order to stay independent and have decided to close the MillCreek location, effective January 1, 2020. All of the providers from the MillCreek office will relocate to the Berkmar D. office, as will the support staff you’ve grown to know. You should expect the same patient care and services you’ve come to know. The Berkmar office is open until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with Saturday morning hours, offers x-ray and lab services, and providers who specialize in many different areas.
We hope you can understand why we have made this decision and we want to express our complete desire to continue to be your primary care facility.
